Yes, that was four, count 'em, four slices of pie IN ONE DAY.
So now, it's back on program. Time to bring out the tried and true friendly foods. Among which I count
Orville Redenbacher's microwave popcorn
Quaker Weight Control instant oatmeal
zapped the normal way, but with the addition of about a half a cup of frozen blueberries
or raspberries
and some low-carb, high fiber wraps to hold slices of turkey breast, shredded lettuce, sliced cucumber, and homemade cranberry relish.
And lots of water.
And not quite so many glasses of wine.
There. I hope you're satisfied.
Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI like blueberries in Häagen-Dazs super thick and creamy vanilla with a glass of zinfandel. This is probably why I can't drop these extra pounds no?
ReplyDeleteYou've done so well thus far and a couple days off will not be the end of you. It's just a short break and now you're back on track.
ReplyDeleteMicrowave popcorn is bred for shipping and storage, and usually tastes like sawdust. You can buy different varieties of better kernels at many stores by the scoopful, and then pop them in a covered pot on top of the stove. Tastes a lot better, and you have complete control over the fat. We're addicted.
ReplyDeleteI love that oatmeal. unfortunately, I usually eat two packets, which kinda negates the entire "weight loss" aspect of it.
ReplyDeleteHey, don't look at me. I'm fine with you eating pie. It's the REST of the internet that's into deprivation.
ReplyDeleteIt's a slippery slope 'til Christmas, what with all the lunches out . . .
